Digital Business Hub — A New Approach to Professional Development

Today, on May 21, 2026, registration opened for the first educational module of the Digital Business Hub (DBH) program — “Web 4.0: The Architecture of Digital Ecosystems”.

The launch of Digital Business Hub, established on the basis of the Academy of Platform-Based Economy, is a logical and much-needed continuation of Simcord’s work on the Bitbon System start-up. Before the new platform-based economy can operate at its full potential, society needs people who understand it: professionals, visionaries, and creators of new infrastructure. The specialists from Simcord and the Research Center of Blockchain Solutions have developed a series of exclusive, original courses to train these people. Digital Business Hub brings together recognized experts in modern digital sciences — experts who not only shape the theory behind these fields, but are also directly involved in developing a decentralized information platform based on distributed ledger technology and digital trust. That is why Digital Business Hub is not simply a lecture-based course. It is an entry point into a new system of coordinates, where the economy of the future is being shaped, new professions are emerging, and the development of socioeconomic relations is being reimagined.

The educational module “Web 4.0: The Architecture of Digital Ecosystems” includes 5 courses, 25 lectures, discussion clubs, and open dialogue with the creators of the Bitbon System and Regional Operators. The program covers topics that many are only just beginning to explore:

  • Platform-based economy — what it is, how it works, and why it changes the rules for business, the state, and individuals.
  • Decentralized information platforms — architecture, logic, and opportunities.
  • Digital trust, sovereign identity, and personal reputation — the new values of the digital world.
  • The legal dimension of digital reality — how law adapts to new technologies.
  • The architecture of digital ecosystems — from concept to practice.
  • A new concept of governance for states, businesses, and communities — how distributed ledger technology changes the very paradigm of statehood and the self-organization of society.

The course program is designed to help build a talent pool for the development of the organizational and legal infrastructure of the platform-based economy in countries around the world.

At the core of the program is a unique dream-oriented methodology. Rather than relying solely on academic standards, this approach is built around each student’s personal aspirations, creative ideas, and desire to bring their dream to life. First, the student defines a practical goal. They then study the necessary resources and best practices before mapping out a clear path toward achieving that goal. As a result, the educational module offers more than knowledge. It provides a personalized learning experience for every student — something that no traditional university currently offers in a comparable format.

To ensure high-quality communication between lecturers and students, Digital Business Hub uses advanced technologies. Training is delivered through the Academy of Platform-Based Economy using Circle, a modern all-in-one platform that enables live interaction with lecturers. The level of knowledge provided is comparable to that of leading international programs. Students are also given access to a personal AI assistant for completing homework assignments — a tool that helps them explore the material in greater depth and study at a pace that suits them.

Each graduate of the program will receive a Digital Business Hub Qualification Profile — not just a document, but digital confirmation of their competencies and reputation. The DBH Qualification Profile is also accompanied by a set of special documents:

  • a digital badge — linking the learning outcome with digital reputation and helping to open access to new roles, projects, and opportunities;
  • a record of educational outcomes — offering a digital overview of the student’s learning path, areas for growth, and the connection between acquired knowledge and further professional development;
  • professional development recommendations serving as a qualification roadmap that helps graduates gain visibility in the professional environment and find their place in the economy of the future.

The top graduates will have the opportunity to realize their potential within the Bitbon System start-up and become part of the team developing the global infrastructure of the new platform-based economy.

In essence, Digital Business Hub supports the formation of a new-generation community — a business-oriented social network where every participant can meet people who share similar values and ambitions: potential partners, colleagues, and like-minded individuals. Graduates of the program will understand how digital reality is structured and will know how to apply its tools in practice. Access to the program is available through a global network of licensees.
