Comprehensive Annual Report on the Implementation of the Bitbon System Start-Up
Today, Simcord presented to the Community its annual report on the implementation of the Bitbon System start-up in 2025 and shared its plans for 2026. Almost all key organizational, legal, and technical tasks related to the development of the Bitbon System infrastructure scheduled for 2025 have been completed, bringing the overall readiness of the start-up for full-scale commercial rollout to 91%.
The report is based on up-to-date 2025 data and is presented in a redesigned format and structure with a significantly expanded informational section.
The main part of the presentation is a substantial and detailed section titled “Target State: Bitbon System as an Ecosystem of a Trusted Data-Sharing Economy”. This material is being shared with the public for the first time as part of the start-up implementation report and includes the following sections:

- Execution Platform

- Governance and Standardization
- Reputation Capital

The “Bitbon System Roadmap to 2026” section provides a detailed view of the start-up’s development trajectory starting from 2017 and outlines the key milestones achieved by the Simcord team along the way.
The Bitbon System start-up is actively progressing toward full implementation and is currently in the fourth of five development stages — the expansion stage. This stage focuses on building the component base and service ecosystem required for a full-scale commercial launch. In the “Stage 4: Expansion” section, each service is accompanied by a visual indicator of its current progress, and percentage of readiness. A separate slide for the key components under development also shows their status as of the end of 2025.
The One Space Roadmap has been updated to include:
- defined timeframes for the app’s development;
- a new version of One Space has been presented, which delivers comprehensive solutions for the tokenization of assets and socioeconomic relations in various fields of activity, as well as a private AI agent — a personal assistant that simplifies interaction with One Space features.
In the “Stage 5: Exit” section — the final stage of the start-up’s development, marking the transition of the Bitbon System to full-scale commercial operation — a visual progress overview has been added for three key areas: Regional Operators, currency protocols, and new professions. A dedicated slide highlights the launch of the Regional Bitbon System Operator in the Republic of Kazakhstan, which took place in 2025.
