On June 18, 2024, Simcord received a proposal from a strategic partner — GLOBAL DAM COMPUTER SOFTWARE TRADING CO. LLC — initiated by a UK-based company specializing in the marketing of blockchain projects. This proposal was related to the implementation of a marketing strategy for the development and promotion of the Bitbon System start-up via the ERBB service in the crypto community.
Later it became clear that the marketing strategy chosen by the executing company was primarily aimed at promoting and popularizing the Bitbon System start-up in the crypto market by shifting the value focus of the Bitbon System toward evident speculative manipulation, typical of crypto exchange participants.
Upon evaluating the proposed strategy by the UK-based executing company, GLOBAL DAM COMPUTER SOFTWARE TRADING CO. LLC identified an insufficient level of technical and informational security in the promotion model, as well as factors that could either directly or indirectly harm the reputation of the Bitbon System and contradict Simcord’s strategy for sustainable development. As a result, GLOBAL DAM decided to terminate the contract with the UK-based executing company and contacted the First Bitbon System Operator to initiate the mechanism for returning the resources to the Bitbon System. This was also mentioned by Alexander Kud, CEO of Simcord, in his interview (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QOn3TiKsB-k).
As the First Bitbon System Operator, Simcord is responsible for the rational and conscious use of the Bitbon System fund resources by its Participants, assessing and preventing potential reputational and economic risks in order to effectively protect the rights of all Users and to ensure the achievement of the global goal of the Bitbon System.
