Integration ICN KZ Receives License to Issue and Circulate Asset-Backed Digital Assets in the Republic of Kazakhstan

On October 29, 2025, Integration ICN KZ (Integration in the Information and Communication Network – Kazakhstan) obtained a license to issue and circulate asset-backed digital assets (License No. KZ31VWS00000002 — open document), with the corresponding information published in the official state register of Electronic Licensing of the Republic of Kazakhstan at www.elicense.kz. This event marks a historic milestone not only for Simcord LLC, the developer of the Bitbon System infrastructure and the First Operator, but also for the entire Bitbon System Community, while the Republic of Kazakhstan thereby reinforces its leading position in the modernization of market infrastructure mechanisms as part of its digital transformation programs.

This license is the culmination of many years of diligent partnership process, unprecedented worldwide, confirming the successful completion of every stage — from the creation and legal substantiation of asset-backed digital assets to the receipt of formal authorization from the relevant government regulators.

License No. KZ31VWS00000002 dated October 29, 2025, was issued to Integration ICN KZ pursuant to the Rules for the Provision of the State Service “Issuance of a License for the Issuance and Circulation of Asset-Backed Digital Assets”, approved by Order No. 130/NK of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 1, 2023.The license enables Integration ICN KZ to provide access to the functionalities of the Bitbon System infrastructure through the Bitbon digital asset.

The Republic of Kazakhstan will become the first country in the world to leverage the full potential of the Bitbon System information-based platform — a foundation for new, trust-based models of socioeconomic interaction. Entrepreneurs in the Republic of Kazakhstan will gain access to innovative services designed to help them scale their activities, fundamentally increasing the level of operational efficiency as part of digital transformation.

In the Republic of Kazakhstan, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs will be able to operate with the Bitbon asset-backed digital asset — purchase, sell, or record it on corporate balance sheets, which, with the deployment of the regional Bitbon System infrastructure, will provide them with the following opportunities:

  • use the Bitbon digital asset to develop and scale infrastructure projects;
  • launch new digital services built on the Bitbon System;
  • integrate into the global platform-based economy through cutting-edge digital tools;
  • apply AI-based tools in their commercial operations;
  • tokenize internal and external corporate document flows;
  • participate in multi-functional loyalty and bonus programs;
  • access a deferred-payment system with automated contract-execution control and verified digital identity under the concept of sovereign identity;
  • build objective digital reputations, reflecting company performance and individual employee credibility;
  • issue their own tokenized assets for new business-model implementation and innovative financial accounting;
  • conduct reputation-weighted voting and surveys;
  • improve marketing precision and audience targeting for more efficient budget allocation.

According to the Roadmap for launching the Regional Operator in Kazakhstan, Integration ICN KZ will focus on the following near-term priorities:

  • launching official Integration ICN information resources;
  • building a dealer network across key regions;
  • establishing partnerships with financial institutions to deploy the Currency Protocol (Escrow Marketplace) service;
  • beta testing of the Academy of the Platform-Based Economy;
  • promoting and expanding awareness of the Bitbon System;
  • signing agreements with Operators of social-network segments;
  • beta testing of the One Space regional application;
  • rolling out infrastructure projects in cities nationwide.

Thus, the license to Integration ICN KZ to issue and circulate asset-backed digital assets officially opens the era of the development of the platform-based economy in the Republic of Kazakhstan powered by the Bitbon System. Meanwhile, Simcord’s global team continues expanding its network of Regional Operators in other regions of the world, thereby bringing the Bitbon System start-up ever closer to its full-scale commercial launch.
