Customer Support Specialist

Requirements and Necessary Skills:
  • higher education;
  • excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • interpersonal skills, attention to detail, diligence, stress resistance;
  • knowledge of English at Upper Intermediate level;
  • ability and willingness to work with large volumes of information;
  • ability to find personal approach to each Customer;
  • 1+ year of work experience in the Customer Support or in the banking sector.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • classification and processing of incoming requests;
  • collecting, analyzing information and providing comprehensive support in arising issues;
  • monitoring the state of services;
  • interaction with related departments;
  • generating responses for Customers;
  • consulting Customers.
