Business Process Analyst
We are looking for a goal-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our friendly team of experts. This position is for self-organized, eager and talented people who want to develop their career in a large international IT company.
Requirements and Necessary Skills:
3+ years of work experience as a Business/System Analyst in the IT field;
experience in identifying and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements;;
participation as a Business Process Analyst in the development of the pattern of client-server and web-server applications in at least 2 projects;
participation in creation and/or description of business processes;
technical experience, preferably as a tester;
understanding the software development process: life-cycle, various approaches and methodologies;
principles of work with requirements, main stages of evolution of requirements, quality of requirements;
knowledge of methodologies of gathering, analyzing and formalizing requirements;
skills in identifying customer needs, analyzing suggested solutions, justifying suggestions for making changes;
skills in analyzing the possibilities and problems of requirement implementation;
structuring requirements, ability to select the most appropriate format of information presentation for a customer and implementation team;
ability to compare and analyze different situations and states of the systems, to see the whole picture without reference to specific technical solutions;
ability and willingness to act and make decisions relying on business requirements of a project and the Company as a whole;
communication and organizational skills, desire and ability to find common ground.

Tasks and Responsibilities: Identifying and describing the Company’s business processes taking into account its business goals and requirements:
developing requirements and analyzing suggestions for improving implementation of information system of the Company’s business processes, participation in the implementation project;
monitoring the team’s work on improving the Company’s business processes as well as maintaining and providing reports;
dealing with a subject domain and experts in the domain knowledge to identify business processes as well as interviewing the process participants and conducting the “time and motion study”;
analyzing and updating the existing business processes in accordance with the Company’s organizational structure;
consolidating and analyzing suggestions/requirements for business processes optimization;
describing the Company’s business processes in accordance with the approved standards using the appropriate software;
creating, updating and adjusting regulatory documents (regulations, instructions, standards).
