The History of the Company

The emergence of the idea to create a financial asset management system

That was the year when the Company started its history of establishment and development. Why 2001? Because before that period the main idea that I wanted to introduce to the society and which I would like to follow was only evolving, and I tried to formulate an ideological concept from the variety of different ideas and suggestions.

At that time, I thought a lot what activity to select. Being a perfectionist in many aspects, I always wanted to be perfect in business where I could realize my own intentions and ideas — really great and high.

As a result, I decided to create more perfect human society, which would be based on automated systems of financial asset management and mechanisms to ensure transparency in public administration. How did that idea come to my mind? It was simple. I was wondering what field of activity to select in order to change or create something, use resources efficiently, improve the quality of life and provide a new level of public safety. The answer was clear — it was the financial market, where you could realize your potential to conduct research activities, develop Internet communications, build and adjust interesting business processes.

That idea captured me so much that I dedicated all my thoughts and time to it. Its realization gave me a special feeling. Sure thing! At that time, the goal was so ambitious that it seemed to be unattainable. But I believed in that goal so much that it gave me forces to make it real. I decided to choose the industry of foreign exchange and financial markets, which involved the potential of technological, intellectual and financial development. Thus, it was the industry I wanted to dedicate my skills and activity in order to develop and analyze it.

I wanted to make a variety of useful and amazing discoveries to become a real innovator. At the same time, I realized that I needed a good planning to get started and to define the priorities of the Company development – I devoted the following year to those things.

Determine priorities for development

Soon, a small team of several like-minded people was made up, and we started to study the situation in the foreign exchange and stock markets in order to understand their features, as well as to identify their potential for development. From the outset, it was necessary to set correct priorities and support activities. It was necessary to focus on the essentials and do not miss anything that could help. The world around us is so dynamic that the financial markets themselves and their trading conditions were changing during our development. This means that you need to monitor trends constantly and follow them in time.

From the outset, it was clear that we needed complex closed circuit solutions that would allow us to adopt new technologies quickly. We needed our own software as well! After all, developments should be applied and tested. I started to outline the key points and make strategic planning.

There were times when we started our working day early in the morning and finished after midnight. Brainstorming became the standard practice of each new day. However, thanks to them, the cohesive team of like-minded people was made up to collect, store and analyze information regarding the selected direction. Finally, we set out priorities for our development and started the full-scale research activity.

Starting research activity

"What do we need to do to get started? What direction should we move?" — those questions didn’t leave me alone. One theory was not enough, so I decided to do some research and conduct experiments.

My team was built of a small number of enthusiasts and researchers who were united by a powerful creative impulse, the overall vision of the future and desire to work that soon we settled in a small office, where we actively continued our research. That small office, in fact, was our first corporate house.

As the Company's staff was rapidly expanding, we had to move to larger premises several times. However, I still recall the first office with awareness of the special role it played in the development of our Company. Indeed, many studies and experiments were conducted in its walls: the works were carried out on the programming of automated trading strategies for independent decision-making, different methods of analysis of the financial market were studied, the significance of the fundamental economic events while changing the trend was determined. Finally, I tried to find that unique product that would stand out favorably from the existing ones. This financial product should be the key to the creation of the new technology, and consequently, open the way to a qualitatively new human society.

By that time my thoughts and practical activity didn’t bring profit, and I didn’t have an opportunity to offer anyone my own developments and sell them. However, I already started to shape clearly and precisely the further direction, and the Company's name was chosen — Simcord. Soon, a sketch of the logo was made. All that inspired us to take the following steps, and my whole team moved on to the next stage confidently.

Formation of the general strategy of development and the launch of iPro Marketplace trading platform

By that time, a group of experts that developed software was organized. The software was used to analyze the data of the foreign exchange and stock markets in order to apply the results obtained to the trading strategies. New employees, on whom we put great hopes, joined the Company’s staff. We even had to rent a new office with additional working places. By the way, with every move, I always tried to take into account that many employees lived in the outlying urban areas, and some — even in the suburbs.

The work was not just running its course; it was in full swing. However, as the saying goes, everything would be fine, if it were not for one thing. In the midst of our final experiments, we faced a serious obstacle: testing of algorithmic programs and automated trading robots on third-party products gave different and controversial results. I could not accept that, and all my team was not going to put up with the difficulties either! It became clear that we needed our own software package to obtain objective and accurate test results.

Thus, we started the development of iPro Marketplace trading and analytical platform featuring a new concept of building trading strategies and integration of various techniques for analysis of economic data arrays. We realized that a solid foundation should be formed on the basis of our technological innovations to trade successfully on the global financial markets. That gave us reasonable grounds to boldly move forward.

Development of the analysis systems and automated trading

Following the plan, that year we started to develop special algorithms to evaluate trading strategies in the real-time mode. At first, we evaluated the performance of a trader or an automated trading system used by a trader while working with the capital. Based on the results obtained while studying processes related to a performance of a trader who managed funds while conducting trades, real discoveries were made. As a result of those discoveries, we highlighted the direction to adjust trading signals and modify an order to reduce the risk level and increase profitability. That direction defined in future the development of a unique iPA technology (Intelligent Processing Algorithms) available on the basis of iPro Marketplace trading and analytical platform.

It turned out that some ideas of technological process generated the following — even more bold and audacious, and sometimes even fantastic… And that encouraged us not to stop, and added further confidence that all that would be a reality, and that reality would make a society and the whole world happier and more successful — a reality that would be available to everyone.

Realizing the necessity to broaden the spectrum of research and considering other activities and scientific movements, we highlighted two more priority areas of Simcord Company: the development of wave and spectral analysis techniques. Those two types of analysis, completely different by their structure and approach, opened a completely new way of studying the market patterns. And what was particularly valuable, they produced a multifold increase in the quality of market analysis and the decisions taken while applying practically the data obtained.

Driven by enthusiasm as well as by the common goal and belief in its future, we could easily spend night at work. We were so happy when some of our relatives brought a warm dinner to the office! For everybody. And after a night of discussions, the coffee was so delicious somewhere in the morning.

By the end of 2005, we accumulated and improved the necessary developments, and collected enough analytical data to think thoroughly about making our own project, which would enable our team to get the first revenue.

First results

We understood that the development and sale of our product would bring the Company a significant profit, only if it was unique, innovative and in demand on the market. We needed an idea for such a commercial product. We needed the same idea to promote the Company’s activity at the international level. Moreover, it was clear that the knowledge accumulated for previous years already allowed us to attract investments to implement our future plans. Of course, we developed simultaneously iPro Marketplace trading platform, various software products and systems, conducted their functional testing and updated the technological processes. Moreover, for that purpose, we urgently needed a starting product, which launch would allow us to earn and invest in the further Company development.

We constantly analyzed the results obtained while carrying out experiments and research activities. By the beginning of 2006, we recorded very important results of the analysis systems operation carried out over the previous year. The statistical data, which were collected and arranged, inspired the creation of a mathematical model of Gelan Trawler trading system.

Thus, Gelan Trawler became our first product, which we subsequently were able to offer to the community of traders and investors.

Success of Gelan Trawler experimental version

That year was particularly important for the Company, we got our second wind. But first things first.

We started 2007 with an incredible number of experiments. We all know that the beginning of the year sets the tone of its run. Therefore, we spent a year in such a way — conducting the systematic and scientific experiments. And those experiments were so significant and large-scale that they became invaluable for the whole future activity.

We were obsessed with the idea laid down in our common goal, and we searched for optimal solutions. While working on the Gelan Trawler, we developed various indicators, simultaneously working on the complex system analysis and mathematical modeling. Moreover, after a series of successful experiments performed on the basis of the Gelan Trawler trading system, I decided to start working on its commercial version. The date of the commercial launch of Gelan Trawler I planned on 09/09/2009 to coincide with my father’s birthday. His parental support both psychological and financial helped me in terms of the successful establishment of the Company. The date was not chosen by chance. This date is particularly important among other important dates for the Company.

By studying the activity of different brokerage companies in order to identify features of the consumer trends for our product, we gradually established contacts with their executives and leading specialists. That year provided a solid foundation in preparation for the launch of the commercial version of Gelan Trawler, which was scheduled for the following year.

We continued testing the Gelan Trawler trading system actively and very successfully. That year we planned to complete the final works on the development of the commercial version of the trading system.

Despite our tight schedule related to the the development and testing of the Gelan Trawler, we had time to move forward in other areas: the development of wave and spectral analysis system, an information website and the Partnership Program website. Simultaneously, we updated the original version of iPro Marketplace trading platform.

By that time, our main task was still to prepare the commercial version of our trading system. We focused all our forces on the solution of the main question. Understanding the complexity and specific nature of the selected activity, as well as the raised interest, we started to study thoroughly the market of commercial promotion of our product. We considered a variety of ways and sales channels of the Gelan Trawler, analyzed the results obtained, made a comprehensive analysis and calculations.

That time I attended exhibitions and events where I met successful leaders in the financial area. At the same time, my main goal was to attract actively the attention of professionals in order to promote our products.

That year was a turning point for us. It was the turning point because a long period of the preparatory works for such a long-awaited launch of our product was over. Indeed that time we were entering a completely new stage of the Company development.

We boldly looked ahead. We considered the future implementation of our innovative ideas, and, consequently, our rapid development. Our professional team already consisted of 11 experts, who were focused on work so much that came to the office even at weekends. Thus, because of the accumulated fatigue, we could easily confuse Monday with Saturday, but we never had any doubts as to the way we had chosen and the need to move forward.

First sales of the Gelan Trawler

Finally, it happened! The first business Partners, commercial success, good earnings and the flow of investments into our project! We approached that goal for several years and we were able to introduce our development and offer the Gelan Trawler system to the financial market.

Simultaneously with the launch of our project, we launched the first Partnership Program “4 Step 4 Level”, which participants could build their own online business and be rewarded for promoting the system in the market. Thus, we with our Partners introduced our new product at conferences and exhibitions organized not only in Ukraine but also in neighboring countries. The participants from different cities and countries attended those events. The guests learnt about our product and the prospects of its use. Nikolayev City has a particular importance in holding such meetings. This southern and hospitable city united many like-minded people and became the starting point of the commercial launch of our Company. That contributed significantly to the organization of new sales channels, expanding the market of commercial promotion and developing Partnership Programs.

Thus, the Company started a new period of history, adding new colors to the life palette of all our staff. We did not hide our emotions, and we were sincerely glad to meet every new Partner, and receive invitations to special exhibitions. That gave new strength to all the staff. After all, we needed them to implement our ambitious plans the following year.

How many events did we attend in 2010? There were so many of them that probably none of us could give you the answer. At that point, we could present our three projects to the market: FxMarketWave (wave analysis platform), an information portal and the trading system. Please note that several updated versions of the Gelan Trawler were launched that year.

Yes, that year was full of various events!.. We had "meetings without ties", briefings, trainings and seminars, renting for those purposes the-state-of-the art hotels in the most picturesque corners of the world. We developed business programs, marketing plans, promotions, and gave the winners valuable gifts. We developed special incentive systems for our Partners, and for our Investors — new services and tools for financial planning.

That year Simcord was officially registered. That significant event induced the active flow of investments to our Company. We met interesting and successful people in the financial industry worldwide. Moreover, it became obvious that we had to open offices to consult Customers and arrange meetings with our Partners.

Trying to introduce our products to everybody, we conducted masterclasses from the Company leaders, launched communication services with Partners and Customer Support, where everyone could ask his/her question ... In general, we were doing the main thing: just and on the examples we were explaining that trading on the financial market was a real job. The job that can bring not only a steady income but also a multiple profit. Moreover, anyone can get the necessary skills to gain it, regardless of his/her age and level of education.

It was a very interesting year. We did not stop working even when we went on vacation. After all, in order to follow the events taking place in the Company, and throughout the financial community, we took personal computers, laptops and tablets with us. Even if you feel the warm sand under your feet, and the evening breeze matches the romantic mood ... you follow the current events in the world!

Assets management, attracting additional investments

The Company's activity developed as we planned: one stage followed the other; the arising problems were solved by experiments, the search of new solutions and software development.

We held international conferences, conducted promos and investment seminars. The Company analysts monitored constantly the events in the foreign exchange market. For their convenience, Customers could ask questions and find relevant and useful information using our information resources. Scientific research, as previously, did not stop for a single day. Such a tight schedule and results obtained in the end allowed us to apply and develop related spheres of activities. And we should describe it in more detail.

Promoting the Gelan Trawler trading system in the market, we faced unexpected and serious difficulties: some brokers created obstacles for the operation of the Gelan Trawler trading system. That circumstance did not fit our plans, and we promptly responded to it. To provide stability of the high quality services, we chose a trading platform, which at that time corresponded to our requirements for correct operation of the system while managing capital using our algorithms.

But we understood that it was not enough. New algorithms leaked because of the constant hacking of the former system. We seriously considered the creation of a reliable and reputable brokerage company that Customers would trust completely. Thus, UBK Markets brokerage company was established 11/11/2011, providing capital management services with the following rapid development and the use of software on the basis of iPro Marketplace trading and analytical platform.

While stabilizing working processes in the Company and mechanisms to promote technological developments, we sold our products actively and successfully. New sources of income emerged as funds received from capital management aimed at the development of Simcord. That gave us an impulse to move to a new spacious office, where we already occupied the whole floor, and where we had to conduct the market research in order to attract new investments.

Market research to attract new investments

This time can be described not only as the period of the market research to attract new investments but also as the active development of bonus programs, conducting promos and seminars. Using the proven tactics and new ways of promotions on the market, we achieved a significant distribution of our products and services. Thus, citizens of Russia, Moldova and Kazakhstan became our Partners. We continue cooperation with these countries up to the present day. Those regions became traditionally important for us and determined our strategic direction of the partnership relations. The widening of the Company’s activity influenced the system of compensations provided for particularly active Partners who demonstrated stability by promoting our products and services as well as the professional skills to work in a team.

But it was not enough. We needed to attract new investments to carry out scientific research and to develop the Company’s activity. And we started the next launch stage of the advanced business model of the international level – the Company entering the European market by providing brokerage services and products based on its own innovative and science-based developments.

By that time, we had enough developments to initiate the process of obtaining patents for our intellectual property. We had to register copyrights of the trademarks and logos, confirming the uniqueness of the technologies developed by the Company.

The market research showed a necessity to develop and improve the Partnership Program. We started it the following year.

The development of the Partnership Program

“Simcord opens a new page in the history of trading on the financial markets using technologies of a new generation. We create the best solutions for traders, managers and investors” — that was the main principle we entered 2013.

During that year, there were a lot of events and all they influenced the further development and formation of the Company. Thus, we started an open beta-testing of iPro Marketplace trading and analytical platform. At the same time, we opened dealing halls to obtain practical skills while working with the trading platform. Moreover, we launched a new international version of the brokerage company website for commercial use. However, one of the important political events for the Company was the opening of the Company’s office in Cyprus. Obtaining the license in European jurisdiction provided us with an opportunity to service Customers and Partners all over the world. It became clear that the development of the Partnership Program was the priority of 2013.

Loyal attitude to our Partners, mainly individual approach to cooperation with the Company, the establishment of a multi-level compensation system in the Partnership Program, modifying conditions of the levels received and many other actions that led to the perfect filling of the Partnership Program, as much as possible contributed to its development and widening in terms of attracting new Partners.

Especially I would like to emphasize that we always considered constructive feedbacks of our Partners and supported everyone. In general, a “two-way direction” in the terms of productive cooperation with our Partners and Customers became our main principle of establishing the partnership relations.

The events of that year became a new step that approached us to the successful implementation of the plans for our Company development.

Starting the trading direction

It was high time to implement the entirely new direction of trading, the main idea of which was formulated in 2001 - the application of the automated financial asset management system. That system was designed with many purposes, but the main one was to avoid and minimize risks in money management as well as to achieve a high level of income when executing trades on the financial market. iPA system — an innovative development of the Company — became a real revolutionary breakthrough in the technologies of the financial sector.

By providing several types of accounts selected by us on the basis of the current market conditions to carry out trades on ECN standard, we opened access to independent trading in the financial market.

To start the new trading direction, we had to carry out a range of developments. For traders who wished to trade independently on the financial market, we created a convenient and modern iPro Marketplace trading platform. It will be possible to execute trades with the iPA-Manager status as well, using all advantages of iPA system. The activity in that status would allow our Customers to trade in the non-nominal account, i.e. not involving their own funds, and receive compensations based on the profit received. All that determined our new breakthrough and our next steps.

Developing features of an iPA-Manager’s trading performance, we realized that all that required obtaining of the special knowledge and skills. Therefore, we positioned an iPA-Manager as a new modern profession, which everybody may acquire, regardless of education, age and country of residence.

We realized that we still had to establish the mechanisms that would regulate the work of iPA system. That’s why the following year we planned to lay the foundation for a new stage of the Company development.

Solid foundation for further development is laid

What a year it was! We worked on all the issues that arose while establishing the system. Upon releasing a new service or product, after testing, we immediately proceeded with the updates or modifications caused by the need to upgrade certain functions. Thus, UBK Markets Customers soon were able to appreciate the updated trading accounts, the system of effective trade rules of iPA-Manager based on the results of the research conducted that year. We started to develop indicators which characterize the trading strategy as a whole.

Just to name a few. And the extended terms of compensation accrual on iBroker Partnership Program, and the launch of new services based on iPA technology, due to which Customers and Partners would be able to use a range of additional opportunities!

The work on iPro Marketplace trading and analytical platform was also going on. The Company’s specialists finished testing several new core functionalities.

That fruitful interaction of Simcord, offering its own software solutions, and UBK Markets brokerage company, whereby new services and financial products were implemented based on our developments, gave us truly great results. All that made a solid foundation for the launch of new products and services, as well as laid the beginning of other areas of our activity, which development we started the following year.

Launch of new products and investment services

That year was marked by the long-awaited launch of not just one product or service, but the whole product line and a spectrum of new services provided by the Company. We received a range of patents that protected the copyrights of our inventions and developments. We added new sections to iPro Marketplace trading platform, which allowed our Customers to create their own technical indicators and automated trading strategies, as well as to test and manage them. Simultaneously, the Company's specialists developed a mobile version of iPro Marketplace.

The website of UBK Markets brokerage company was radically modified. Considering the gained experience and supporting feedbacks from our Partners and Customers, we realized the need to widen the Company's activity and planned to enter the international level. In this regard, all the information on the website was given in 7 languages.

In 2016, an optimal business model for capital management was introduced, and Processed accounts were launched. From now on, each Manager can view the trading results with his/her original trading strategy (Original account) and applying algorithms of iPA technology (Processed account). We provided a unique opportunity for an iPA-Investor to build a Portfolio from trading signals of several iPA-Managers. To attract the attention of other iPA-Investors and fill your Portfolio with capital, you can publish it in the Long List and at the same time obtain the status of Portfolio Manager.

The establishment of Integrated ECN company, a distributor of hardware and software solutions in the field of trading, was another indisputable confirmation of the rapid development of the Company. Universal B2B system foresees the integration of brokerage companies in a short time by means of one trading platform to cooperate profitably on the global financial market.

We should emphasize the launch of the information and reference services UBK Markets info and iPro Marketplace info, developed by our specialists to assist our Customers in the selection and use of the Company’s products and services.

That year we were able to offer a special web platform designed to conduct activities in the field of investment. The favorable combination of ergonomics and the user-friendly interface will help you to make right decisions fast. But the innovations in the investment field were not yet over.

Within the conference Simcord Innovation Technologies 2017 we introduced a new financial product of our Company — Bitbon.

We believe that the launch of Bitbon will allow the Company to move to a completely different level of development, and to approach as close as possible to the solution of the questions we asked ourselves at the very beginning of our way — in 2001. Now our progressive idea of the perfect organization of the human society, which is also based on highly intellectual technologies and systems, is very close to its accomplishment. After all, scale advantages of prospects that are open to every person from using the cutting-edge financial product Bitbon — this is the basis on which the foundation of intellectual harmony of all humankind will be laid.

The Bitbon System is a solution based on the Blockchain technology in anticipation of a new era of the global digital economy.

What an amazing and productive year 2017 has been! Of course, we waited for it and even anticipated it, because we understood that a very interesting period in the Company’s life — the promotion of the Bitbon System — had begun. We expected this year to be full of events and meetings, presentations and new discoveries, and indeed, it was all that for us.

It has been several years since we started to develop the first product of Simcord company, and we came to the conclusion that the created software products and services by that time have to be structured into a whole complex on a separate website. The launch of the Integrated ECN website allowed us to introduce the whole spectrum of our trends to the world.

The Bitbon System promotion really did require an independent resource. When working on this unique financial instrument in 2017, we understood probably the main thing: that we needed to not just implement Bitbon into the existing economic structure of our society but to create an entire Bitbon System for a new era of digital economy in order to achieve a well-balanced way of life and the society development. Bitbon itself is a key that will not only open the door to new types of activities for each person but also allow everyone to interact openly and transparently.

It should be emphasized separately that, while developing the Bitbon System mechanisms, we faced with the absence of many concepts in the modern scientific terminology. Therefore, we developed our own terms such as Contributor, Contractat, Bitup-Agency, Bitbon Capitalization Fund and many other concepts. Well, what can you do if science does not keep up with Simcord?!

To properly convey our vision for the development of the System, we organized Leadership meetings and scientific conferences, briefings and numerous seminars. During these events, we discussed not only Bitbon but also the history of the crypto industry as a whole, i.e., what laid the basis for the emergence of the Bitbon crypto value, what digital developments formed the backbone of the Bitbon System. We discussed the advantages of the System participants and the most important thing — what prospects awaited us. Kyiv, Moscow, Astana, Kazan, Sevastopol, Chisinau, Kharkiv, Yalta ... we cannot list all the cities here. But we had a common desire to convey our progressive idea to people, i.e., a new philosophy of the modern world development.

Thus, in September 2017 in Kazakhstan (Almaty) at the annual Company Event Simcord Innovation Technologies 2018, Alexander Kud devoted his speech to the Bitbon System, its goals and our ambitions to make them real and to embody them in a new digital reality. All tickets were sold out long before the beginning of the Event. Moreover, the hall designed for 600 participants did not accommodate all the guests, and we had to add seats as soon as possible. We just put the chairs between rows!

We understand that the general attention to Bitbon in 2017 and further globalization of digital technologies, which is currently developing at a rapid pace, say about the great, one might even say, historic significance of the next 2018 year.

Integration of the real sector of economy into the Bitbon System. The beginning

What awaits us in 2018? New discoveries, new events? One cannot doubt this, given the potential of the Bitbon System, which was defined in 2017.

There is so much ahead! The launch of the Bit Trade Exchange of Digital Assets, as well as the Bitbon Space mobile application, the emergence of the first Bitup-Agencies and many other important events. This year promises to be so eventful that we cannot even list all the plans we have in mind. It is because the most important stage of launching the Bitbon System mechanisms and its components is already coming. We can say with full confidence — this is the year of the Bitbon System promotion. It is one more step towards presenting the world the main priority of the Company’s activity.

All our energy is now directed to ensure that the high humane ideas of developing the human society, we have always spoken about, come true. And that the life would really become interesting, harmonious, and, therefore, perfect.
