Technical Support Specialist

Our team professionally develops, implements and supports its line of financial products. Our Company has an open position of a Technical Support Specialist. We are looking for a specialist with an analytical mind able to quickly find faults in complex systems. Requirements and Necessary Skills:

  • 1+ year of work experience;
  • understanding the PC architecture, operating systems and basis of computer networks functioning;
  • understanding how Service Desk functions;
  • ability to adapt quickly to changes;
  • analytical thinking;
  • self-discipline, interpersonal skills;
  • ability to remain calm, stress resistance;
  • excellent oral and written communication skills.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • consulting on arising technical issues related to the Company’s product line;
  • processing messages of the monitoring system;
  • searching for reasons of arising issues and providing solutions and recommendations;
  • analyzing requests and collecting them for further development of products;
  • completing knowledge base of the technical support.

Will Be a Plus:

  • knowledge of programming languages in order to write scripts.
