Customer Support Specialist

Requirements and Necessary Skills:
- higher education;
- excellent oral and written communication skills;
- interpersonal skills, attention to detail, diligence, stress resistance;
- knowledge of English at Upper Intermediate level;
- ability and willingness to work with large volumes of information;
- ability to find personal approach to each Customer;
- 1+ year of work experience in the Customer Support or in the banking sector.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- classification and processing of incoming requests;
- collecting, analyzing information and providing comprehensive support in arising issues;
- monitoring the state of services;
- interaction with related departments;
- generating responses for Customers;
- consulting Customers.
