Project Manager

• 2+ years of work experience;
• work experience in an IT company;
• ability to read and understand technical specifications;
• ability to plan and monitor the development process;
• experience in using agile project management methodologies;
• experience in assessing projects (pre-sale);
• experience in using a dedicated project management software;
• organizational skills;
• attention to detail;
• ability to manage time effectively;
• eager and enthusiastic attitude to work;
• experience in developing motivational programs (intangible motivation).

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• providing requirements to the development team;
• participation in project analysis and planning;
• developing project structure along with a Team Lead and QA Engineer;
• ensuring effective interaction within the development team;
• monitoring the terms of task execution and dealing with burndown charts;
• presenting optimal solution to the customer from the point of view of the development team as well as demo versions of a product;
• conducting everyday stand-up meetings, controlling development speed and keeping reports;
• improving and optimizing current process of project management;
• organizing management of one or more development teams (about 7—10 persons);
• risk management.
