Senior Java Developer

Simcord Company is a provider of b2b solutions based on its own software products for financial markets. Due to the launch of the Company’s new project of the high-load real-time server, the Company is hiring a Senior Java Developer. We are looking for professionals who know what high-load projects are and want to work with them. We need perfectionists who love what they do. To make a compromise is not our way.

Requirements and Necessary Skills:

good memory, thoroughness, perfectionism;
knowledge of J2SE, J2EE, IntelliJ IDEA, Maven;
knowledge of the Java core disciplines;
parallel programming;
OOP, OOD, design patterns;
higher or incomplete higher education (preferably in IT or related field);
2+ years of work experience as a Senior Java Developer and/or Architect, Tech Lead;
experience in using Spring (Boot, Security, Integration), Hadoop;
experience of data denormalization and code performance optimization.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

software design and development;
preparing unit tests;
review of other developers’ code;
optimizing and refactoring the project codebase;
evaluation and expert analysis of suggested technological solutions.

Will Be a Plus:

interest in functional languages (Erlang, Clojure, Scala);
MPI;
NoSQL (Cassandra, Elastic Search, Redis);
experience in using non-blocking containers;
experience in profiling and debugging multi-node applications;
mentoring skills;
experience with Git.
