Middle/Senior System Analyst

• 2+ years of work experience as a Business/System Analyst in the IT field;
• experience in identifying and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements;
• understanding the methodology of collecting, analyzing and formalizing requirements;
• skills in identifying customer needs, analyzing suggested solutions, justifying suggestions for making changes;
• understanding the basic principles, evolution stages and quality criteria of requirements;
• understanding the software development process: life-cycle, various approaches and methodologies;
• understanding the processes of interaction of systems and skills in modeling these processes;
• ability and willingness to act and make decisions relying on business objectives of a project and the Company as a whole.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

The main task is to identify and formalize business and system requirements for the Company products taking into account its business objectives and needs:

• identifying requirements:
  • working with a customer and processing documents specifying the customer’s vision of the product. Identifying business requirements and reasons for any solutions suggested by the customer;
  • working with users to identify their needs when working with the system;
  • dealing with a subject domain and experts in the domain knowledge to identify business processes for which software is being developed;
• analyzing the structure of existing products in order to optimize them in accordance with business requirements;
• modeling the systems, their interactions and processes to develop technical solutions;
• analyzing the compliance of technical solutions with business requirements;
• analyzing the influence of changes on existing systems, forming the specification changes and their coordination;
• controlling product and system compliance with the developed technical solution and their ability to meet business requirements.

Will Be a Plus:

• experience of work on the systems related to financial markets;
• technical experience of a tester or a developer;
• experience in working with a team to find a solution (instead of defending a certain approach or refusing to implement a requirement).
